Most of the windows have been installed.






Now we are getting a better idea of the openness of the main rooms. Master bedroom, East wall.

The overhangs are mostly completed. The extra thickness has it starting to look like a real house.

























We are really excited about the house in general, but especially the second-story deck.

March 9

It was dark when I got home, so the pictures are not the best. They got started working on the eaves. Most of the cornice work is done. The gable overhangs have just been started.

Last of the roof sheathing going up.

March 7

No work yesterday. Today had more of the roof sheathing going up. The south side is completely covered, along with the roof surrounding the deck.

The rest of the roof framing around the deck is up.




























The roof sheathing in the valleys on either side of the bump-out to the deck have been put up.




















The last of the interior walls have been put in.

Hurricane clips going in on rafters. More of the roof around the deck. Some roof sheathing on.

Collar ties installed, Studio rafters started. Roof around deck that forms the parapet wall has been started. Some tempoary internal bracing has been installed prior to sheathing the roof.
